Can't Get Enough CSI:

I don't know if there are other people like me, but I can't get enough of any of the CSI's. These TV shows are amazing. The story line to acting to education you can learn from them keeps me hooked on it. I watch them every time I can. William Penn Statesmen

Today I watched the William Penn boys basketball game. They are in first place in the conference. They played outstanding today in the first half. They shot over seventy percent from the field in the first half. That is amazing, it was awesome to see. Hope they can keep up the pace and win the conference again.

My End of the Week

Today is Friday and it couldn't come at a better time. It has been a long week of everything. From school to baseball to officiating. Officiating Basketball Games

Today was my fourth game this week of officiating basketball games. It has been a long week so far, but it is about over with. I don't mind reffing this many games a week because it is good money. I need the money too, I'm a poor college kid. Other than being tired I am doing pretty good.

My Day Today

Today was a pretty good day. I had baseball in the morning and got that out of the way. Classes went fine and I was done at one thirty. The rest of the day before I had to go ref I watched TV. I have a pretty set schedule, I guess it's just a habit.

Playing Games with Girlfriend

Tonight me and my girlfriend played games against each other. We played darts and Sequence. She beat me a couple times in darts, but I won the series. In Sequence she beat me the first game, but than I won three straight games. She don't take losing very well. She gets mad and this time she threw her cards down. Oh well, she'll get better.

New House this Summer?

Game day in class

Today in my Media Methods class we played each others games. We had to make games for students. The game me and my partner create was about baseball rules. We did this because most students play the game, but don't know the actual rules. All the games in the class were pretty good. I had fun playing all of them.

Classes are Classes

My classes are crazy. My education classes are not hard, but there is so much busy work. It's a pain. I really have to manage my time this semester.

First Day of Class

Today was the first day of the new semester. I am taking a lot of education classes. I all ready have homework. That stinks, but I have to do it. It is going to be a busy semester. It looks like it will not be hard work, just busy work.

Sundays are for relaxing

I like Sundays because I try just to relax. Today was a good Sunday, all I did was watch basketball and football on T.V. At night my girlfriend and I played some games together. We played bowling on playstation, darts, and the board game Sequence. It was a good time.

Amazing games today

I watched a lot of sporting events today on t.v. There were some good games. I watch UNI beat Southern Illinois in basketball, now UNI is in first place in the tough Missouri Valley Conference. I watched Iowa State come back from being down by 14 with 5 minutes left to go in the game and win by 1. The most shocking game was the Cowboys vs Seahawks wild card game. Tony Romo dropped a snap on a field goal try to lose the game. I could not believe he dropped that snap. That is sports for you.

Books in Bookstores

I went to my colleges bookstore today to see how much the books I needed are. I can't believe how much the charge for books. A student pays that much for books and when they go to sell them back they don't get anything for them. I buy my books online because I save so much money that way. I think every student should buy them online. Tuition is so much anyway and than the overprice the books.

Junior High Parents

I officiate junior high basketball games. When doing this parents need to learn the rules. I just laugh everytime I hear some parent yell about something they have no idea. My favorite thing that parents yell is "3 seconds," people the count resets after the ball hits the rim. I think the parents should have to take a basketball rules test before being allowed to watch the games.

Crazy Bowl Games

Wow, was this college football bowl season crazy or what? I guess it goes with the theme of the whole season. There were some amazing bowl games. There were also some disappointing bowl games. I can't wait till the championship game next Monday. Should end a great bowl season.

2nd Semester a Week Away

Well, I only have a week left of vaction till classes start again. I have a lot of education classes this semester because I decided to get my teacher's endorsement. I want to coach and most coaches are teachers. I'm not looking forward to classes, but what person does.

A New Year

I spent New Years up at my girlfriends house. We played games and watched football. I'm pretty good at pictionary and UNO attack. It was a pretty good time.
